Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry to participate in an Aspire Vocal Competition Event, the following terms and conditions apply. You agree to abide by, and accept, all the terms below.

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to enter and remain at the premises (the “Venue”) hosting the (the “Event”) organized by JSH Entertainment LLC and in recognition of Aspire Vocal Competition events, the individual specified on the registration (referred to as “I”, “Me” or “Entrant”) hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms below by submitting my registration to the Event.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE VENUE. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against JSH Entertainment, and its officers, directors, manager(s), employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders/members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”).

1. Event Participation Agreement. By registering for and participating in Aspire Vocal Competitions (“the Event”), I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by the Event organizers. I understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the Event.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND SAVE IN RELATION TO INSTANCES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS CONDUCT, WILLFUL/WANTON CONDUCT, OR INTENTIONAL ACTS BY ASPIRE VOCAL COMPETITIONS AND THE RELEASED PARTIES, ENTRANT, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND RELATED PERSONS, HEREBY FULLY UNDERSTANDS AND KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND IRREVOCABLY, ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS RELATED TO ENTRY INTO, AND PRESENCE IN, AT AND AROUND THE VENUE AND EVENT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE AN INCREASED RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COVID-19), VIRUSES, BACTERIA OR ILLNESSES OR THE CAUSE THEREOF, SICKNESS, PERSONAL INJURY, DISABILITY, OTHER SHORT-TERM OR LONG-TERM HEALTH EFFECTS, AND/OR DEATH. ENTRANT HEREBY ACCEPTS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS VOLUNTARY ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRANT HEREBY ASSUMES, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND RELATED PERSONS, ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF CLAIMS AND POTENTIAL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE RISK, HAZARDS AND DANGERS DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT SAVE FOR INSTANCES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS CONDUCT, WILLFUL/WANTON CONDUCT, OR INTENTIONAL ACTS BY REUTERS.

3. General Liability Release. Entrant (and my minor child, if applicable), hereby release and hold harmless Aspire Vocal Competitions its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue hosts from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or in connection with participation in the Event, including injury, illness, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. MEDIA RELEASE PHOTOGRAPHS, PUBLICITY MATERIAL, RADIO AND TELEVISION AND PRINT MEDIA. Except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing between JSH entertainment and the applicable party, Aspire Vocal Competitions reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Aspire Vocal Competitions in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by Aspire Vocal Competitions. Aspire Vocal Competitions has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and their exhibits including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without further compensation to the attendee, speaker, sponsor or exhibitor, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be Aspire Vocal Competitions sole property, free of any claims of attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor.

5. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities brought by third parties arising from my participation in the Event.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations, in writing, by Entrant more than 30 Days prior to the Event are fully refundable. If Entrant cancels their registration less than six weeks prior to the Event, Aspire Vocal Competitions will be obliged to charge the full fee, and Entrant will be issued a future credit note to use on an event within 12 months of the issue date. Entrant must notify Aspire Vocal Competitions in writing of a cancellation or Aspire Vocal Competitions will be obliged to charge the full fee. If the Event is postponed, Entrant’s registration will automatically roll over to the new date and platform. If the Event is cancelled Entrant will automatically be given a full refund. Aspire Vocal Competitions shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. Entrants are responsible for obtaining the appropriate travel insurance to cover themselves with respect to such eventualities.

7. Code of Conduct. Entrant agrees to comply with the Aspire Vocal Competitions Code of Conduct for event attendance: https://events.reutersevents.com/codeofconduct

8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this Terms & Conditions Agreement, including the Media Release and Liability Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and confirm that I am legally competent to sign.
